Heavy Swing improves your bow/STR melee-weapon damage by 3%, at the cost of 10% more stamina per swing. It's fine, I guess, but hardly something you need to beeline for. According to a perk guide I read and the wiki it's 20% damage increase for 10% more stamina. They might've changed it though, so I can't be sure.

The dialogue in Kingdom Come: Deliverance plays a central role in gameplay and in the development of your story. Most of the dialogue options available to you will allow you to select a number of different responses to attain the same outcome based on your specific persuasion skills, and in some cases to enable different outcomes in side quests. Also, the leg day perk in herbalism is a meme. you get 1 xp of str per pick. Doesn't even adjust for the larger radius denying you more picks. Wasted perk point. Get flower power, and the one that lets you sell for more.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance Perks Perks are passive abilities that benefit your character in various ways. Main level perk [cuman killer] min lv 12 causes the to have a 50% higher chance to run
It's actually way more fun to play the game with most negative perks, especially since there's so many level up perks that will even out the negatives in the long run. The most affect you will notice from numbskull, take care to learn to read, find all the books and even then leveling up will take very long time.
Main level sometimes it depends on how far along you are in the quest line. It is not dependent on your 4 stats. I got strength agility and vitality - 20, speech 12. Main level 18. So yeap all 4 main stats should be 20. Secondary stats and quest progression are irrelevant. Main level sometimes it depends on how far along you are in the quest line.

Not a super important post, but I was curious about this because I hadn’t seen anywhere the # of flowers you need to get the +2 charisma buff from the herbalism skill. I tested for myself and at least with 3 different kinds of flowers: Chamomile, Dandelion, and St. John’s Wort with 10 of each I got the buff. Did not work with 29.
I feel like burgher is more useful all the big story fights except 2 are in towns, it also helps intimidate guards if your into crime. Billhartnell. Savage if you plan to do lots of bandit/cuman hunting, Burgher if you want to haggle a lot, steal or focus the main quest. DannyDopamine. i am mostly following the main questline without much
Yeah some of the perks are duds. Playing on hardcore, I end up with 2 main level perks unused at level 20 - Manly odour is unnecessary because you have high charisma from your good gear + knight in shining armour perk from defence, and taking it reduces your stealth while dirty (so, like most of the time I'm creeping around the woods?); the other perks that trade points in one stat for points
