The Deck's RPCS3 performance is pretty bad. Prior to Zen 3 AMD wasn't optimal for RPCS3. You still ideally want an 11 to 13th gen intel. Any 8th or 9th gen intel still outperforms Zen 2 based CPUs, especially something like the Deck with moderate clocks and only 4 cores. The Zen 3/3+ SoCs are a huge performance lift for mobile RPCS3.

Even beefy desktops have issues running many PS3 games , it’s more that PS3 is very hard to emulate. You need to try more games then. Even many games on Steam don't run that well, I tried Stray already with 80% (of 720p) resolution scale and shadows+effects on medium and it was not even stable 30 FPS.
Sound quality seems to distort too much, but thanks for the suggestion. In Audio - I switched to Audio Out - Cubeb and that eliminated the Audio Stutter. Also, in CPU changing to Interpreter (Static) and Recompiler (ASMJIT) solves the graphics stuttering. But your framerate drops to almost unplayable.
